The 3 Month Wedding Planner was originally a 12 month planner while I was in Seattle, but since this is Utah and the average engagement is only a few months, the planner had to be seriously condensed. The shortened timeline still works, as it is a guideline to what and when things should be done. Some of the simpliest things are quite easily forgotten, hence this planner has been put together.
The Reception Planner is a form that I use when I sit down with bride and grooms and help them plan the perfect reception. This version of the planner, is mainly just ideas for you to use at your reception. I use this planner to figure out a reception timeline, so that all the vendors know when things will happen. I was a guest at a reception where the D.J. decided it was time for the first dance. All good and dandy, except the photographer was in the restroom. As the couple was dancing, no pictures captured the moment.
